Where is my order confirmation email?

Order confirmation emails are sent immediately after your purchase is submitted. Please check your junk or spam that it didn't get stuck in there. If you still can't seem to find it, just reach out to me via email (hello@sunkissedbabyco.com) and I can resend it for you.

Can I send a gift?

Yes absolutely! And the best part is that we offer FREE gift wrapping on every order. You can even add a special card and our team will hand write your message inside before wrapping up your order. Just add the FREE gift wrap option or select a card from the "Cards + Gift Wrap" section on the top banner.

You even have the ability to send a gift directly. To do so, just ensure you enter the gift recipients shipping address at checkout.

What if I have multiple gifts that I want to ship to multiple addresses in one order?

If you have gifts that you are wanting to send to multiple recipients directly, it would be best to place each gift as a separate order!

Oh no, an item I want is sold out. Are you going to restock it?

Since we are a retailer of multiple brands, we don't always restock the same items. Usually, some of our best selling items will be consistently restocked, but of course based on our brand's inventory!

How do I use a promo code?

You can enter a promotional code during your checkout process. Only one code can be applied per order!

Shoot! I forgot to enter my promo code before completing my checkout.

Unfortunately, we can't apply your promo code once the check out has been completed! If you have more questions, reach out to me and I can help!


Do you offer free shipping?

We do offer free shipping on orders $75+. No code needed!

Do you ship overseas/internationally?

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship overseas or internationally, but would love to in the future! So stay tuned for updates.

How do I know when my order ships?

You will receive email confirmation with tracking when your order ships. Please remember that it sometimes takes 24 hours for order tracking to update.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are processed and shipping labels are printed within 1-2 days of your order for all in stock items (excluding Sundays and holidays). Orders are shipped out from Tampa, Florida, and normally arrive in 1-3 business days.

Can I pick my order?

Absolutely! If you are local to the Tampa area, you are more than welcome to pick up your order. Upon checkout, just select local pickup. Then coordinate a local pickup or return time by emailing hello@sunkissedbabyco.com! Local pick ups are in Lutz, Florida (zip code 33559).

What if I need an order rushed or overnighted?

Do you provide tracking information on my order?

Of course! We know how excited you are to get your order. Upon shipment, you will receive an automatic email notification with the tracking information for your order. My product arrived damaged/in poor condition. What do I do?

Oh no! I'm so sorry that happened. Please email hello@sunkissedbabyco.com with photos and your order number so we can resolve your issue!

Help! I entered the wrong shipping address.

Oh no! Email us right away and we should be able to change it assuming the package has not shipped yet.

If the package has shipped, we will direct you to contact the shipping carrier directly to try to intercept and re-route the package.


Do you accept returns?

Oh no! You’re not 100% satisfied with your order? We are so sorry to hear that & we want to help as much as we can! We want you to love everything from sunkissed baby co. 

We do accept returns within 30 days of purchase from our website in exchange for store credit as long as your item(s) are not FINAL SALE items! All items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged please!

What is the return process?

  1. Email hello@sunkissedbabyco.com to initiate the return process! Include your order number and reason for returning. 
  2. We will email you back an address to which you can ship your returned items. At this time, we currently do not offer free returns so you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost to send your package back to us. You can choose the shipping carrier of your choice. 
    Inside your package, please include your printed order confirmation email or printed invoice in the package. Let us know your reason for your return by just writing it on the order confirmation or printed invoice, please! 
  3. Package that baby up and take it to your courier of choice to return your items! 
  • It may take up to a week to process your return once received, but I will try to work as quick as I can :) 
  • Your store credit will be received via the email you made the purchase.

Can I drop off my return if I am local to the Tampa area?

Of course! Email or text me so we can arrange a time for drop off and I will send you the location.
